Lucia Heffernan was born in Taiwan in 1966, but is now lives in the State of Utah USA.
Lucia's simply stunning artwork is an exploration of her lifelong fascination and love of cats.
With her unique style of painting, she seeks to give cats a voice and personality, by imagining what they might do if put into human situations.
Through her artwork she creates whimsical, theatrical and often humorous worlds that are designed to delight the viewer and bring a smile to their face.
